Over the last 20 years (what a milestone!) Pasco Design has created complete homes, renovations and extensions that express each individual clients style, lifestyle and budget needs. Have a look at our gallery of work and you will find a wide variety of design styles, project size and tastes, because each home is designed to personally cater to our client.

01

Essendon Residence

"Contemporary, Rich, Transitional"

This solid brick heritage home originally had a ‘lean to’ combined kitchen/dining/living space to the rear, with the bedrooms and bathroom to the front of the house.

02

Newport Lakes Residence

"Mediterranean, Light-Filled, Warm."

This beautiful Mediterranean style home is the collaborative result of many participants, starting with a Client who had a clear vision and was able to communicate it precisely.

03

Douglas Residence

"Modern, Open, Crisp."

Though the footprint of the extension is modest, the resulting design has created generous light-fllled spaces that allow the homeowners to live the indoor-outdoor entertaining life they envisioned.

04

Williamstown Residence

"Light, Warm, Restrained"

This 1980’s brown brick veneer home needed a complete makeover. The project evolved over a number of years, starting with landscaping, then building exterior and finally, the interiors.

05

Newport Pool House

"Multi-Use, Open, Indoor/Outdoor"

This growing family live in a fabulous heritage home but needed more space, and didn’t want to extend the existing house floor plate and take up more rear garden.

06

Camberwell Residence

"Traditional, Hamptons, Warm."

This building and interior design project included the concept design and documentation of a large addition to the rear of this heritage property, creating kitchen, dining and family spaces, plus rumpus, bathroom/laundry and home office.

07

Glen Iris Residence

"Light, Open, Fresh."

The Client brief for this renovation and extension project was to combine contemporary, “clean” design with ample storage options.

08

Surrey Hills Residence

"Modern, Warm, Light."

The Surrey Hills project involved the design of a single storey extension to an existing Californian Bungalow, providing the Client with a family room, kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry, rumpus, study and mud room.
